Mental Health Navigator
Provided by a team of mental health professionals at Teladoc Health
Are you experiencing mood swings, stress or anxiety and feel like it’s time to do something about it?
Sometimes finding where to get support is one of the biggest hurdles. Our team of experts can help give you a better understanding of your mental health, the treatment you need, as well as providing you guidance to navigate the health system.
Mental Health Navigator provides you with a discreet and confidential way to seek mental health support. We can connect you with leading mental health professionals from the comfort of your home.
This is not an emergency service and the following are some conditions we would not be able to treat: thoughts of suicide or self-harm, psychosis, hallucinations, schizophrenia, personality disorders, or if you're currently under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you have thoughts of suicide or self-harm, please contact your local emergency services (111 in NZ) for immediate response and help.
